We called Burgess for a quote on wiring an above ground pool with a timer and all new outdoor electrical. Pat was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came out on a moments notice to quote the job, and got to it quickly. He worked proficiently, prices were fair, and he communicated every step of the way. Patrick showed up on time. He provided me with a clearly itemized breakdown of everything that I asked to be done. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. When I asked for information on additional work that I needed due to safety concerns I had with loose outlets he acknowledged my concerns and explained exactly what was wrong with them, and agreed that, yes they should be replaced.
